  1. On full backa agree we are short at left back. Where at RB Kenny is ready and Holgate, although I want at CH ,can do a job there, even Tom Davies has been deployed there and I think we are well covered until Seamus is back and don’t need Cuco Martines.

But at LB we have no onet o cover or challenge Baines, now Galloway has been shipped out to Sunderland for the season. I think like Garbutt he may have missed the boat after his disasterous loan last season. Robinson looks a prospect and has looked good when I have seen him for under 23’s but not certain if he is ready yet, always outshone by Kenny on the rightside. But hopefully he may show good in pre season, but still think we are short. Seen Celtic loads last season and Tierney is the real deal and would challenge Baines and would be a long term future left back for us if we went for him.

Rooney is well best his best and will only further decline and would deffo slow the tempo of the team. He still has a football brain but just not up tp speed anymore. He is not a symbol of the new vibrant Blues but just a blast from the past. Would sell a few shirts but thats it in my opinion, I would leave this one if it were me.
