  1. Great podcast chaps, clear advise and suggestions of how the club could and needs to re-structure off the field.

Arguably the hardest-hitting of the nine podcasts so far and all Evertonians should embrace the sentiments expressed and the passion with which those sentiments were delivered.

I wholeheartedly concur with the notion of appointing a specific individual to take charge of the BMD stadium development, bringing in someone with previous stadium development experience and expertise must be the way to go. Entrusting this most vital project to someone already spinning other plates within the business is madness, it’s simply too big an entity to have anyone splitting their time between it and other tasks.

And the idea of tasking someone to develop a team to better project and ‘sell’ the Everton brand globally is another must. Such an option has previously been tabled and allowed to slide – it must be addressed sooner rather than later and whoever given the tools to get out and about and get the Everton name, brand and story told and sold.

Great work chaps, keep it coming !!!!!
